Sage Health, a specialized healthcare center designed to deliver primary care to seniors, will hold a grand opening of its newest location in Gulfport on January 10th.

Sage Health notes that its center is not a conventional physician’s office, but rather a new and innovative approach to providing primary care to seniors. The new healthcare center will focus on the multi-faceted and complex healthcare needs of seniors and will be staffed and equipped to specifically manage senior care and achieve better outcomes.

Sage Health specializes in working with plan partners to make sure an individual’s economic situation is not a barrier to care.
