St. Joseph Catholic School junior J.J. Tice has been honored by the Madison-Ridgeland Rotary Club as the organization’s Student of the Month for February.

Tice was honored at the Rotary Club meeting on Thursday, Feb. 23, at the Embassy Suites in Ridgeland.

Tice is involved in many activities at St. Joe including the varsity cross country team, varsity track team, BruinTHON Committee, Mu Alpha Theta Math Honor Society and Quill & Scroll International Honor Society for High School Journalists.

Tice attends St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Madison, where he is an altar server and hospitality member. Tice also is a Life Scout and a former senior patrol leader for Troop 164 of the Boy Scouts.
