The Mississippi Farmers Market invites the public to celebrate the season of gratitude at Harvest at the Market on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., located at 929 High Street in Jackson.
“This event is a wonderful way to express gratitude for our local farmers who work tirelessly year-round to provide fresh, high-quality products for our state,” said Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce Andy Gipson. “We encourage everyone to come out, enjoy the festivities and support Mississippi agriculture.”
This Thanksgiving-themed event celebrates community, local farmers and Mississippi’s agricultural abundance. Shoppers can explore farm-fresh seasonal produce, handcrafted goods and festive activities while supporting local farmers and artisans.
Visitors will find a wide selection of Mississippi-grown products, including sweet potatoes, greens, pumpkins, pecans, honey and other fall favorites. The market will also feature handcrafted candles, baked goods, jams and artisan crafts, making it a perfect opportunity to shop locally for the holidays.
Guests can enjoy live acoustic music from Vincent Venturini and fellow musicians, as well as a fall-themed photo stage area near the Genuine MS® Store for memorable family photos. The Garden Club of Jackson will also be in attendance, sharing information and educating visitors about fall flowers, plants and seasonal gardening tips to help Mississippians bring the beauty of autumn into their homes and gardens.
Children are invited to take part in fun kids’ activities, including coloring pages and word searches. Shoppers can also visit the Genuine MS® Store, located inside the Market, for Mississippi-made gifts and specialty foods.
