WHAT: 35th biennial Mid-South Forestry Equipment Show
WHO: The Mississippi Forestry Association, in partnership with Mississippi State University’s College of Forest Resources and the Mississippi Loggers Association, presents the longest-running, live, in-woods equipment demo in the South. Vendors with the latest forestry tools will be onsite while equipment manufacturers will be demonstrating machinery in the field. The equipment show is considered “family-friendly” and includes a children’s area.
WHEN: Friday [Sept. 22]-Saturday [Sept. 23]
WHERE: MSU’s 8,500-acre John W. Starr Memorial Forest, 53 St. Mark Dr., Starkville, MS 39759
DETAILS: The show is the South’s biennial two-day premier forestry show. With 35 years of operation, the show provides continuing education opportunities for loggers, landowners and foresters. The show averages 6,000 attendees.
