Due to forecasted rain and concerns for participant safety, the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science has postponed the “Hoot 4 Hope” Kids’ Walk, originally scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2026.
A new date has not yet been determined. Museum staff are working to identify a rescheduled date and will announce updated details as soon as they become available. Individuals who have already registered will be contacted directly regarding future event plans.
Hoot 4 Hope benefits the American Cancer Society and is designed to encourage children and families to come together in support of cancer programs that help individuals and families facing cancer.
The Museum appreciates the public’s understanding and looks forward to welcoming participants on a future date.
