Central Mississippi Realtors® (CMR), a 501c6 non-profit trade association representing over 2,100 Realtor® members, has selected Peter L. Mosca to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective May 29, 2024. Peter joins the association in the midst of celebrating its centennial year.
For nearly 30 years, Peter L. Mosca has helped Realtor® leaders become better spokespeople for their associations, their businesses and above all – their clients. “It is in the best interest of the real estate consumer in Central Mississippi to have Realtors® remain at the heart of the property transaction,” said Mosca. “Real estate is the locomotive driving the economic train on the local, state and national levels.”
Peter Mosca is a real estate owner and property investor. He married his wife Barbara in 1990 and they are the proud parents of two daughters, Ashley and Kelli.
“Peter brings a wealth of industry experience and will be an integral part of moving CMR forward,” said CMR Board of Directors President Sterling McCool. “I know the association is ready to enter its next chapter of providing the tools, services and products to better serve Central Mississippi consumers.”
Since 1924, CMR has been the voice of real estate for the ten counties of Hinds, Madison, Rankin, Yazoo, Holmes, Attala, Leake, Scott, Copiah, and Simpson. Through advocacy, education and empowerment, we elevate our members. Together, we’re building better communities across Central Mississippi.
