Autism Speaks is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to creating an inclusive world for all individuals with autism throughout their lifespan. Since its founding in 2005, Autism Speaks has become one of the largest autism advocacy organizations in the world, with a focus on increasing understanding and acceptance, funding research and providing resources for those affected by autism.

Canopy Children’s Solutions provides a range of behavioral health, educational and social service solutions to children and families across Mississippi. Since 1912, the organization has developed into a leading provider of services for children and families in need.

“Being an ambassador for the Bolt Up to Autism initiative has allowed me to combine my love for baseball with a cause that’s near and dear to me and my family,” said Corey Dickerson. “My wife and I have seen firsthand the life-changing positive impact therapy has on those with autism, and with this initiative, we are able to make a difference in the lives of families in need of support.”

“As a parent of a child diagnosed with autism, I know how important early intervention is and what a longterm difference it can make,” said Aledmys Díaz. “I am proud to partner with Autism Speaks and Canopy
Children’s Solutions for the Bolt up to Autism initiative to make a positive impact on the lives of families across the nation. With every Bruce Bolt glove sold, we can thankfully provide families with critical services and support.”

“We are thrilled to partner with two amazing nonprofits that make a real difference in people’s lives,” said BRUCE BOLT Founder & CEO, Bear Mayer. “We believe that our business has a large responsibility to give back to communities beyond sports, and we are proud to partner with our BRUCE BOLT Pros, Aledmys Diaz and Corey Dickerson, to do our part.”

“Canopy has been committed to creating solutions for children and their families for more than 110 years. It is such an honor for us to partner with Corey Dickerson and Bruce Bolt to work to broaden the access to care for autism services in Mississippi where resources are so scarce,” said Dr. John Damon, Canopy Children’s Solutions CEO.

“Celebrating differences and the unique strengths of people with autism is essential to Autism Speaks’ mission of creating a more inclusive world. With the support of Bruce Bolt, we are fostering greater understanding, inclusion, and paving the way for all autistic individuals to reach their full potential,” said Kelli Seely, Chief Marketing Officer, Autism Speaks.
