Bishopric Industries, formerly known as Enerfab Process Solutions, is expanding its operations in Natchez through a $5.75 million investment that will create 28 new jobs, state and local officials announced.
The company is a leader in the engineering, fabrication and execution of process tanks, pressure vessels and specialty equipment for a wide range of industrial markets and critical infrastructure sectors. Its Natchez facility serves as a major heavy industrial fabrication operation, supporting the engineering and production of heavy process equipment, large steel components and modular project solutions.
To meet growing customer demand, including long-term contracts with some of the nation’s leading innovators, Bishopric Industries will expand its production capacity by constructing a new storage facility, adding manufacturing equipment, expanding storage areas and making site improvements. The project also includes gravel and drainage upgrades and the installation of new gas and water lines.
Gov. Tate Reeves said the investment reflects Mississippi’s continued success in attracting and retaining business growth.
“Mississippi is a state where businesses can invest with confidence, grow and succeed,” Reeves said. “Bishopric Industries’ expansion is another example of the historic economic development success we’re seeing across Mississippi. Our industrial sector is already strong, and this project will make it even stronger. Bishopric Industries’ continued growth in Natchez is another win for Mississippi.”
Bishopric Industries President Andy Koenig said the expansion will strengthen the company’s ability to serve customers across several critical industries.

The Mississippi Development Authority is supporting the project through the Mississippi Flexible Tax Incentive (MFLEX) program and assistance for site improvements. Adams County also is providing support for the expansion.
Adams County Board of Supervisors President Angela Hutchins said the project demonstrates the company’s long-term commitment to the community.

Hutchins also thanked state leaders for their partnership in supporting economic development efforts.

The expansion is expected to strengthen Bishopric Industries’ manufacturing capabilities while creating new employment opportunities and reinforcing Natchez’s role as a hub for heavy industrial fabrication in southwest Mississippi.
